After plans are agreed the house is entirely manufactured in the workshops of Cumbria Timber Frame and Joinery, right in the heart of Ulverston. The house arrives flat pack in ‘build order’, ready to be constructed.

During 2018/19 - Peter replaced a derelict cowbarn with a timber framed, stone clad two bedroomed 'eco' barn.
All the internal woodwork is beautifully worked oak - the triumph being Peter's oak staircase, with glass panels, in the centre of the large open plan living room.

Peter managed all the 'trades' contributing to the successful completion of the build whilst working on raising the timber frame and fitting out.

We are very happy in our new home and all our visitors are most complementary and some admit to being more than a little envious!
